RampUP Plus™

Two-round linear RNA amplification kit that produces sense strand RNA representing the entire transcript for further use in expression analysis experiments or in other relevant RNA-based applications. Can be used with intact or degraded, eukaryotic or prokaryotic RNA samples. Includes the Plus module for poly(A) tailing the senseRNA. RT enzyme not included. Additional 30pM dT primers may be needed when labeling poly(A) tailed senseRNA with Array 900, Array 350, and Array 50 kits. (10 Assays)
