One-round linear RNA amplification kit that produces full length, sense strand RNA for further use in expression analysis experiments or in other relevant RNA-based applications. Can be used with intact or degraded, eukaryotic or prokaryotic RNA samples. RT enzyme not included. The cDNA Synthesis Kit is needed to generate labeled cDNA for hybridization to Affymetrix 3’ Expression GeneChips and other arrays.
